Be rest assured that our customer service
system is among the best! Here are a couple
of points that you should be aware of if
you do run into a problem or have a question:
- If you are in the middle of a project
you should always "save" your
work. This will give us the capability
to edit your artwork and help you with
any design issues. Also, in case of an
Internet connection failure etc., you
can be certain that all your efforts are
saved.
- Before writing into Customer Service
or calling us, please register for an
account first. That will give us the ability
to keep track of all progress, which is
beneficial when you are dealing with multiple
Customer Service Representatives. It also
gives us a central place to store artworks
for your designs.
- The initial reply (to a new inquiry)
will be picked up by the next available
Customer Service Representative (CSR).
All replies from then on will (generally)
be between you and the same CSR until
your issue is resolved. Therefore additional
replies could take longer if your CSR
went to lunch or finished their shift.
If you have a matter that requires immediate
attention, please submit a new inquiry.

What
are your prices? |

Visit the
home page and click on the button labeled
"Show Prices". The prices
apply to Black and White designs and
Full Color, even if you upload many
graphics.  |

I just
placed an order. Can I still make changes
to my artwork? |
 |
First check
your order history and make sure that
your order hasn't been printed or shipped
yet. If not, then you will find a blue
link labeled "Modify Artwork".
You can make the changes yourself. Keep
in mind that changing your artwork after
it has already been approved for printing
may delay your package from shipping
out on time.
If your order has already been printed
and you have a mistake on your card,
please let us know. For spelling mistakes
and other errors we may offer to reprint
your order at a 50% discount.

How can
I determine the status of my order? |

The status
of all orders you have submitted is
always displayed in your order history.
In addition, when your order is shipped,
we will email you with the UPS tracking
number. If for some reason you don't
receive an email from us, this tracking
number is also shown in your order history.
